Look at this planter idea I just ran across! They’re wall tiles that also serve as planters. They are apparently adhesive and made from recycled materials, which of course I love. I hope they come in more colors than white. White’s cool, but if I used them in my own apartment, I’d want a warmer color. Also, I wonder about the drainage in these babies.
Then I saw this planter and just fell in love! 
I really like the warmth of the wood, and the interior of the box houses a water reservoir as well as a catch tray for drainage. You know how crazy I am about drainage. Well, you don’t have any reason to know that, but I am. I totally dig this idea; and it’s only about $160 so that’s actually not too bad for a piece of living art on your living room wall!

I love both these planters. The tile one would be awesome to work into the bathroom. The wooden one is just awesome. I love the way it combines getting some plant life into the room and decorating the wall at the same time. Thanks for sharing!
I love the ceramic wall planters. You could even put them in a shower. I also love the wood wall planters, though I’ve read that mold is a concern with some vertical systems.
