Good Tuesday morning to you! This month’s Roundtable offering involves a hot topic in the gardening world: alternatives to the water-hogging, chemical-guzzling, high maintenance expanse of grass! In my area of the country (Texas), 90% of our state is experiencing devastating drought and extreme heat (105+ temps daily). Many people have simply let their lawns go, but in their place is dead grass. What to do, what to do? Well, no worries, our Roundtable is here to help–along with guest posters from the Lawn Reform Coalition! Grab your cup of morning coffee and check out what are sure to be creative and practical ideas for no-lawn landscapes.

Jenny, thanks so much for the shout-out today! I’m rushing off to get started reading. This might be a two-cup-of-tea morning.
